More than 50 projects tackling social isolation and loneliness throughout Scotland have received a share of a new fund.

Good Death, Good Grief/Scottish Partnership for Palliative Care.
The Scottish Government is developing a new strategy for palliative and end of life care. As part of this work a Scottish Government Development Group facilitated by SPPC has been formed. The survey closes on August 11th.

“Walk This Way, Talk This Way”
Join us for a stroll along Prestwick Beach Promenade on Friday the 11th of august at 4pm. We will meet at the car of KidzPlay and make our way down the promenade and back up.
Come down and chat with us as we walk and we can put the world to rights all while breathing in the fresh sea air and marvelling at the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Everyone is welcome on our walks, Volunteers, friends, family, kids and dogs. So lets go for a walk…

Recovery Festival – less than 6 weeks to go ! South Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership
Our second Recovery Festival is rapidly approaching and plans are coming together well. If you follow our Twitter account or the RecoveryAyr Facebook page you will hopefully have seen announcements on different people / organisations supporting the festival.
We have had over 350 advanced registrations so far from across the west coast of Scotland and the football tournament is now full (there are still spaces for Tug of War and Rounders if you would like to enter a team).
If you are planning to attend could we possibly ask you to register via the link below as this helps with planning for catering and transport.
