A number of drivers have already volunteered for this scheme, however we still need a few more.
We would ask volunteers to commit to a few hours per week on one particular morning or afternoon (using their own car – 45p per mile paid),
to drive a patient to Ayr Hospital and pick them up and return them home after their dialysis treatment.
Please note that the upper age limit for volunteers has now increased to 80.
